Back on Track.

Antibiotics for the sinus infection that I had are done. The prednisone continues to taper off until the inflammation is gone. In general, I feel better but not 100%, yet. When I go home this afternoon, I will hunt down my probiotics and begin that in order to rebuild good gut bacteria. I am continuing with drinking a lot of water. I am not sure how much I am up to now as I have not been keeping track of it since getting sick.
The realization that I am going to be in Myrtle Beach in a few short months has also shifted my focus into building my beach body. Don't worry, I don't do hard body as I prefer my own very soft, curvy figure. Well, as much as I can do with what asthma and allergies will allow. I already have major muscle bases formed from when I was a kid in ballet, track, swimming, and tennis. I feel that I need to tone, reduce fat cells, and really watch what I eat. Which will be much easier to do once I am on break next week.   Mom is back in the docs office today. She has an infection as well. People who are normally healthy don't have to be as concerned as she does. She has been on oxygen since the end of July, has had a biopsy, and still does not know what has caused the damage of the interstitial tissue of her lungs. She has finally gotten to the point that she can sit without the oxygen. The last thing is for her to take any back steps in the process. Hopefully, Duke will have a better idea of what is going on by the end of April. And she can always spend some time in Myrtle (even though she prefers Virginia Beach) and let the ocean air keep her lungs clean.
Class is in a few minutes... is it Spring Break yet? Oh, and watch out for later today when I announce our jazz concert line-up for Thursday night!
