Global Warming or Natural Pattern?

This is probably the only topic I am excruciatingly passionate about. Despite all the evidence, there are still naysayers and, unfortunately for us, they have control of the House of Representatives. Some voted down the bill that gave relief to people who are still suffering the after effects of Sandy. They are rebuilding out of their own pockets until they receive relief.
And shush, naysayers, I know the bill had attached more stuff to them. One of the most important pieces was expanding the desperate meteorological services desperately needed for the oncoming global warming catastrophe. Time to pull your head of the proverbial sand folks. Shit just got real.
And it is not going away for at least 100 to 150 years. Yes, I am an expert. I have been following the research since middle school. Yes, really. You don't need a scrying stone to look out the window and notice what is happening around us.
Superstorms, folks. They are only going to get bigger and more destructive. Trailer parks? Mere kindling and matchsticks. I have already pointed out in another blog how bad these storms are for the economy. Just think of what it will do to your wallet down the road.
As more and more people are effected, the higher the cost that gets divided up between everyone in the country. I think it is remarkable how close poor people live to flood zones and they can't afford to get out. Look at Louisiana, people are rebuilding back in the same spot they lost their home. They don't have a choice.
Another side effect is the cost of food. Prices will rise as more crops are destroyed and unable to meet the demands of the people. Once again, our working poor will have the worst diets, the worst hours, and the worst benefits.
Look I am not Robin Hood and I refuse to don tights and a bright green Peter Pan-like outfit. I do believe in accountability but I also believe in level the playing field in order for opportunities to present themselves for those who want to improve themselves and their community.
At any rate, it is just reaching the end of January and we have already had two major snowstorms. Those west of my corner of the world are getting pelted by tornadoes, in January. Things that were once rare events are becoming commonplace. Southwest Virginia experience a major derecho event this past summer and we are now under severe thunderstorm threat in which the squall line can be seen from space!
We are not in a full El Nino or La Nina mode, so what is going on? Some of it is natural. Most is not. Since energy can neither be created nor destroyed, according to the Third Law of Thermodynamics, we are experiencing nature trying to find a balance. Ask any Native American about Earth's balance. When we put heat into a system, it has to transform into something the system can deal with. For us, that means more storms as the Earth attempts to cool down the rise in temperature.
Please check your resources and make sure that you are using scientific journals. There is no conspiracy. The worst thing that could happen to a scientist is the public shaming and shunning from other scientists for using "cooked" data. The research is out there and available to you.
